Pre-orders must be placed by Tuesday, December 20th but rest assured our counter will remain fully stocked up to and including December 24th.

This time of the year is special for many reasons. One of them for us here at a Culinary Conspiracy is our 8 year anniversary!

We will be having a little party to celebrate one of the major reasons we are still here... YOU, our loyal customers.

On Saturday December 10th we will have canapes and punch for anyone coming in to celebrate with us. As well as offering a discount on our house made products.

As we all know the holidays are quickly approaching. In our shop, we have been preparing feverishly. We have all sorts of chutneys, relishes, spiced nuts, soups, gift baskets and a plethora of other great gift ideas ready to fly off our shelves.

MEALS
We are attempting to provide Bombay lamb tourtière and French Canadian tourtière for your special occasions all throughout the month. Due to the popularity of these items order yours NOW while we have some in stock.
For the week of Christmas (December 18th-24th) we will have our amazing bread stuffing, house made gravy and turkey roulade to make your holiday entertaining that much easier.

November makes us here at A Culinary Conspiracy yearn for simpler times (and summer weather). It brings us back to coming in from the cold to mom's meatloaf or hot chocolate and peanut butter crackers.

In honor of home cooking everywhere, we have decided to make our November menu all about comfort food. Come and chase away those winter chills with a bowl of our split pea soup. Or bring home a Bombay lamb tourtiere with a jar of our house made mango chutney, a feast for the whole family.

On the catering side of things check out the holiday menu up on the catering section of the website. This may give you some ideas for your upcoming events. Please contact Koren to pencil you in for a tentative date as November and December get booked very quickly.

On a side note we would like to thank whoever came up with the idea of "Movember". We appreciate you making the month before Christmas one of the most visually entertaining of the year and extend our support to all the intrepid participants.

A BIG THANK YOU

To everyone who came out to participate in our first annual pumpkin carving contest. The pumpkins never stood a chance against our skilled cohort of pumpkin professionals. Some amazing creations from all of our contestants made this particularly difficult to judge.

We would like to congratulate Sarah, Natalie and her daughter on their imagination and knife skills in creating our winning masterpiece. We hope to see you all again next year in this fun for all ages event.

Our staff has also been hard at work slicing and dicing, creating their very own pumpkin portfolio for all to see. Come on in and check out all of the amazing pumpkins and stay for a pumpkin latte or tuck into one of our freshly made Halloween cupcakes.

On the thanksgiving weekend, let A Culinary Conspiracy be your thanksgiving helper. Even if you are making your own main course let us provide some scrumptious side dishes. Pillowy mashed potatoes, awesome acorn squash, perfect parsnips or buttery broccolini. We are also offering single or large portions of old-fashioned stuffing, groovy gravy and cranberry-orange sauce. We are here to make your thanksgiving a low hassle success.

Our chefs are also busy bottling wonderful preserves, chutneys and sauces to compliment your meal. Conspiratorial cranberry sauce, pear compote, spiced pickled beets and bourbon corn relish can turn ordinary dishes into a thanksgiving hit.
